OUR MISSION

No one in our city should go hungry.

Behind the name

In 1727, Benjamin Franklin founded the Leather Apron Club, a circle of tradesmen and neighbors who believed their city could be better. We carry that spirit across all five boroughs, serving free, nourishing meals to the communities we call home.

Nourishing meals

Every meal is made to nourish, not just to fill.

What we stand for

Every borough

The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island.

Open to all

Free for every member of the community.

Every meal is a step toward a hunger-free
New York, one borough at a time.
